Myvan Properties and Development Inc.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Myvan - refers to MYVAN PROPERTIES & DEVELOPMENT, INC.
2. Unit - refers to any Real Estate development project of Myvan , either residential or Commercial dwellings.
3. Customer - refers to any existing owner , or interested or prospected buyer of Myvan's Real Estate project/s.
4. Seller - a duly registered and licensed Broker and their accredited salespersons.
5. User - refers to anyone that has an access to use the Website, either Seller, Customer or employee.

1. Upon Reservation using the website , the Customer agrees that all information submitted are true and correct to his/her best knowledge , likewise Myvan has the full rights to reject this reservation.
2. With all the provisions stated in The Sellers Term and Conditions , Seller binds to undertake;
3. User may use the website to monitor all transactions that are allowable only by Myvan, he/she may also use the website as his/her marketing tool in Selling the Unit;
4. User binds not to engage in any activity that will interfere or disrupts the website;
5. Seller agrees to be responsible in maintaining the confidentiality and security of any and all information of his/her Customer/s. Likewise, Myvan is free from any loss or damage for the failure to comply these security obligations;
6. Price, lot area , floor area per Unit are subject to change without any prior notice; Furnishing and interior set-up seen in the website may not bear the actual deliverables of the Unit. The particulars, details, visuals, contents and interior design are made available for viewing purposes only and are geared towards giving our prospective Customer a general idea of what could be done with the Unit. Myvan shall exert best efforts to conform with them but these may be subject to change without prior notice and do not constitute part of an offer or contract.
7. Seller agrees to offer only what are available Units found in the website;
8. Myvan reserves the right to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently the access of the User, without prior notice, should there be any violation of the General Terms and Conditions.

Sellers Terms & Condition:

1. Any Duly Licensed Broker and their accredited Sales Person or Agent (hereafter referred to as "SELLER") may tie-up or enroll with Myvan Properties & Development Inc. (hereafter referred to as MYVAN) thru signing up at www.myvanproperties.com.ph (hereafter refered to as "Website");
2. By signing up at the Website , The Seller is required to supply all needed informations and likewise Myvan will give the Seller a unique and exclusive account ("Account") to monitor all transactions made between his/her buyers, Myvan, and co-Seller/s;
3. The Account may be activated after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of signing up, subject to the verification of the completeness of the data and information submitted online and that Myvan presumes such information/s or data declared and supplied are true and correct to the full knowledge of the SELLER;
4. Pending verification of the information and data supplied and awaiting the appearance and/or submission of any additional requirements that may be required from the Seller, he/she for the meantime can use the account as a buyer to access the website and view updated prices online of Myvan's projects.
5. Upon activation of the account, Myvan shall send to the Seller a notification letter, thus granting him/her to use the website as her tool in selling Myvan's project
6. The Seller is not permitted to edit and/or alter anything what are being offered and stipulated in the website .
7. It is the sole responsibility of the Seller for any breach of his/her obligation/s with the Customer/Buyer. Seller shall likewise be responsible for any and all activities in his/ her account and shall hold Myvan free from any liabilities therefrom, that is not consistent with Myvan's terms and conditions and policies.
8. That the account must be exclusively used by the Seller and he/she shall not be allowed to maintain more than one account with Myvan. It is presumed that the one who logged in with the account is the Seller himself/herself.
9. If there is an unauthorized use of his/her account, Seller agrees to immediately notify Myvan.
